1. High reliability
Contact overheating, contact erosion, and contact sticking will seriously affect the electrical lifespan and reliability of the contactor. The KMJ series used the innovation technology of arc extinguishing, which made it had a longer electrical lifespan and can maintain stable performance under long-term and frequent switching operations，and has higher reliability (tested electrical life: 12,000+ times; mechanical life: 1 million+ times.
And below is the test comparation of the Contactor A and KMJ product for 1,000 times electrical life. We can see that the contacts of contactor A are severely ablated, while there is no ablation with the KMJ product.
2. Energy saving and power saving
An optional built-in energy-saving controller reduces coil power consumption (≤2.5W) to save energy and power. If the end system contains many DC contactors, the working time would be longer and more electricity costs could be saved.
An example of using 500 DC contactors that run 8 hours a day and can save 13,140 kWh of electricity per year if equipped with built-in energy-saving controllers.
