MORNSUN launched the 240W AC/DC DIN-rail converter LIF240-10BxxR2 series (also 120W and 480W products) to meet the demand of size matching and active PFC function in applications at the beginning of 2021. To further reduce the user cost, a more highly reliable, economical LIF240-10BxxR2S series with DIN-rail package was introduced in July. Featuring a compact size of 54 * 124 * 110mm, high efficiency, universal input voltage range, wide operating temperature range, complete protection functions, and other advantages, the LIF240-10BxxR2S series is a more cost-efficient choice.


1)Delivery Guarantee

Due to the global shortage of electronic materials, the delivery has become the most important concern for users. The size of the LIF240-10BxxR2S series is only 54*124*110mm, the thickness is reduced by more than 30%, far beyond the market equivalent power products. Compact size helps users for better space utilization without increasing costs.

3)High efficiency and reliability

The LIF240-10BxxR2S series features active PFC function, wide voltage adaptation range, power factor up to 0.98, and efficiency up to 94.0%. In the multi-environment test, 150% peak load output for 3 seconds is acceptable; the actual loss is as low as 16.8W, which effectively reduces heat dissipation and improves the reliability of the products.

4)Good performance, high anti-interference

The interference radiation field strength of the intercom is close to 300V (10cm distance), much higher than an industry-standard 10V / m. We take it to simulate as a high electromagnetic field environment to test the power supply operating and stability. LIF240-10BxxR2S series run well to ensure the stability of the electrical characteristics of the system in the strong interference environment of the intercom.


It is widely used in industrial control, LED, street light control, electric power, security, communication and other scenes with limited space to provide high stability, high anti-interference and high electrical performance power supply.
