600W/1200W, 180-435VDC Wide-Input DC/DC Converter with PMBus function - VRF3D_FB-xxWR3 Series

MORNSUN newly launched two series of 600W and 1200W DC/DC power supplies with a wide input voltage of 180-435VDC to meet the requirement of high-voltage input & high-power applications - VRF3D_FB-600WR3 and VRF3D_FB-1200WR3. This series of products can be widely used in industrial control, data center, communications, automotive, and other related industries.

These standard full-brick power converters feature a high efficiency up to 95%, an ultra-wide operating temperature range of 40℃ to +100℃, high isolation voltage of 3000VAC (enhanced insulation), support for parallel current sharing, and comprehensive multiple protection functions.

Advantages

1.      Excellent temperature derating curve

Temperature performance has a significant impact on product stability. Most switching power supplies have a working temperature range requirement of -40 to +70°C. The VRF3D_FB-1200WR3 series of products have a working temperature range of -40 to +100°C (Base plate) and also deliver excellent performance for full load at 270V and 90°C.

2.     Supports the PMBus function

The PMBus function of this series enables customers to easily adjust the output voltage, protection threshold, and other parameters, making it more convenient to customize the product application. 3.     High performance with multiple protections

The product has a parallel current-sharing function, which can support up to 4 parallel connections and a total power output of 4800W.

In addition to excellent temperature performance, the product features an isolation voltage of 3000VAC (enhanced insulation), output efficiency of up to 95%, and low ripple and noise. Furthermore, this product includes protections such as input under-voltage, over-voltage protection, output over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection, ensuring the safety of the customer's system or equipment and preventing any unnecessary losses.
