MORNSUN Opens a New Factory of 108,000 Ft2 to support Fast Delivery

A new addition to the MORNSUN factory was unveiled in July 2022, with the composition of a management building, manufacturing area, supporting area, living area, and recreation areas.

The 108,000-square-foot addition in Huaihua is expected to increase the manufacturing capacity by 30%-40%.

What we have improved to support Fast Delivery

Nowadays in power supply industry, the delays in delivery caused by material shortages make customers suffer. However MORNSUN’s complete supply chain and strong production capacity ensure on-time delivery to our customers as always, and we continued to work hard to provide better quality products and services to customers by placing automatic equipment and intelligent logistics, upgrading manufacturing bases and building intelligent digital facility in Huaihua.

1. Automatic equipment upgraded for Efficient Production

The overall efficiency of the company has increased by more than 40%, and the annual produced number of products exceeds 150kk pcs to serve customers with better product quality.

(1) In Huaihua workshop, we realize digital management from order to production through digital platforms, track the whole production process, and deploy production processes more flexibly.

(2) Based on SCADA industrial big data platform, we realize the interconnection of production numerical control to improve production efficiency with a better process.

(3) In order to ensure the high reliability of product quality, Mornsun also carried out the "TPM management" project, reducing key downtime in each production area, increasing production capacity, and reducing product defect rate to 1.0%.

(4) Automated equipment improves the parameter consisting of a batch of finished products, to ensure high product quality and reduce the whole cost. Advanced equipment including automatic placement, automatic winding machine, automatic potting machine, automatic plastic sealing machine, automatic forming machine, automatic shelling machine, etc.

2. Intelligent logistics applied for Fast Delivery

MORNSUN warehouses include material warehouse, auxiliary material warehouse, ESD warehouse, products warehouse, and packaging area, and all the real-time inventory information to support the order demand rapidly.

Besides, we also cooperate with various automatic equipment to speed up the efficiency, such as automatic marking machines and AGV, the maximum daily shipment has reached 600,000pcs.

3. Employee training to keep products improving

MORNSUN has different training projects for the company's employees, through which the annual outstanding employees reach 3%-5% of the total number of employees.
