The MORNSUN high-performance gate driver integrated chips have an output current rating of 3-6A and can withstand up to 700V DC between primary and secondary side.
They are suitable for various applications, including photovoltaic inverters, half-bridge, full-bridge and LLC converters, electric power steering systems, and lighting control systems.
