UL is the abbreviation for Underwriters Laboratories Incorporation, which is an internationally recognized safety inspection and authorization organization for UL marks. It awards security guarantees signs to mechanical and electrical products including civil electrical appliances.  Significance of CE mark
CE acronyms as the symbols means that products with CE marks comply with the European Directive"s the main requirements (Essential Requirements), and to confirm that the product has passed the corresponding assessment procedures and  ormanufacturer qualified statement, and in fact it becomes the products permits which are allowed to enter the European Community market.
