QAxx series is the isolation auxiliary power designed for IGBT Driver by MORNSUN, and it can match with a range of IGBT driver or driver circuit as well such as MORNSUN QC962, Mitsubishi M57962L, etc, which need isolation dual positive and negative power supply.
This kind of power applies a single-input, common access mode of dual independent outputs, which has the IGBT"s turn-on and turn-off better control. In order to meet the more input voltage, basing on the QA01, we bring out two new products, QA02, QA03.

QAxx:

7. No load operation is available; output with short circuit protection, and sustainable short-circuit, self-healing, the device can protect parts from the burnt line caused by circuit fault, the elimination of security risks.
At present, there has not yet been the positive and negative isolation output auxiliary power for IGBT driver launched in the market. It often follows two options below:
1. Available to supply power for the driver by 24V single power supply in the 9.1V voltage regulator tube method, namely: VCC = +15 V, VEE =- 9V, this program produces regulator diode D2 of a negative bias voltage. If D2 are short circuit it will damage IGBT, and turn-off negative voltage is not enough reliable;
2. Available to supply power for the driver by two pieces single power supply, which increases the layout space, and cost more.
In order to fulfill the unique IGBT drive performance requirements and ensure their safe operation, MORNSUN launch QAxx. It doesn’t need any external components, but it is reliable for IGBT drives to supply dual-output isolation positive and negative power. For other voltage input, you are free for customization.
